What should be the minimum size of a plane mirror, so that a person 182 cm high can see himself completely?
Solution
Size (height) of a person = 182 cm
We know to see the full length image of a person, we need a plane mirror of size as half of the size of the person.
So, size of plane mirror required
= `"Height of person"/2`
= `182/2`
= 91 cm
