Question

Why should one learn to tackle one's problems by one’s own self?

Short Note

Solution

They say the first step is admitting you have a problem, and that's true in every aspect of life.

We should work hard to cover up our mistakes and fix our own problems before anyone else notices it. It helps to build Self-confidence and also, become Self-aware. Essentially, the more you pay attention to your emotions and how you work, the better you'll understand why you do the things you do, without having to depend on anyone else for our happiness.
