Question

Why should seniors not overprotect or over - pamper juniors?

Short Note

Solution

If juniors are over-protected or over-pampered by their seniors, it will lead to a certain level of dependency factor. They will get emotionally weak and will not be able to handle tougher situations in their lives. Also, because of over protectiveness, people may turn into rebels and may even refuse to take orders I advise from anyone.
