Solution
My First Trek
I was very happy the day I went for the Lohagad Trek. I remember the day and date perfectly well. It was on 2nd January 2020, a Monday. I have always been fascinated with mountaineering and trekking. So, I decided to pursue my hobby and start with the Lohagad trek. I had saved up my monthly allowance and when I told my parents that I wanted to spend it on the trek, they were more than happy to let me go. So, it was a celebration of having saved enough money to fulfil a wish for myself. I went to the trek with a group called ‘The Little Adventurers’. We began our journey early in the morning from Pune. The trek began from the Lohagad base. I was the youngest and the fastest member of the group. I was full of enthusiasm right from the beginning of the day. Everyone adored me as I was the youngest member of the group. They were amazed at my excitement and I was fascinated by the beauty of the place. The view from the top was breath-taking. I clicked countless pictures of the scenic beauty.
It was the most amazing experience of my life. I was fascinated by the natural beauty of the surroundings. It made me feel fresh and calm. The day ended with all of us hungry and tired but full of pride for having completed the trek. I can still recall every detail about that day. I look forward to undertaking many such adventurous journeys in the future.
