Introduction of Social Group:
To common people, the term ‘social group’ would mean any collections. This term is loosely used.
Sometimes the term is used to refer to the entire human group and sometimes, it used to mean a small group which consists of two individuals. The concepts of a social group are very important. Human beings are social animals and hence have always lived in social groups.
From birth, people have always lived in social groups and it is through group life that they learn to be social beings. It is through group life that we are able to satisfy various needs.
