Editing an Existing Audio File
We edit audio waveforms in Audacity in the same way as we would edit text in a word-processing document. When we are editing text we first select the text, we want to change and then choose operations we want to do with it.
Removing noise from the audio recording.
Noise makes our audio file undesirable to listen to. It is very important for us to remove such noise. Select silent section, go to effects menu and click noise removal. Get Noise Profile, select the audio files from which noise must be removed. Then go to effects menu and click Noise removal.
