2. Coverage An advertisement reaches a large number of people. It is restricted to specific customers.
3. Contact There is no face to face contact. There is face to face communication between a seller and a buyer.
4. Flexibility Less flexible More flexible. Sales talk can be tailored to suit the individual needs of a prospect.
