Harmful bacteria in like Clostridium in the intestine are destroyed due to probiotics.
Probiotics are milk products containing active bacteria like Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidium, etc. These bacteria maintain the balance of intestinal micro-organisms by increasing the population of microbes that help in digestion and decreasing the population of harmful microbes such as Clostridium.
