  2. These foods can have a variety of side effects. Stabilisers, preservatives, food colours, and other chemicals are used in these items to increase shelf life and preserve a consistent flavour. Some reports suggest that hazardous substances are utilised to enhance the taste of these foods. These substances have negative health consequences.
