प्रश्न

Two substances A and B have their relative permeability slightly greater and slightly less than 1 respectively. What do you conclude about A and B as far as their magnetic materials are concerned?

एक पंक्ति में उत्तर

उत्तर

Since the permeability of a paramagnetic is slightly greater than 1 and that of a diamagnetic substance is less than A, A must be paramagnetic and B must be diamagnetic.
