प्रश्न

A 150 m long train is moving with constant velocity of 12.5 m/s. Find time taken to cross a pole

बेरीज

उत्तर

Length of the train = 150 m

Constant velocity of the train = 12.5 m/s

Time taken to cross a pole:

The equation of motion is y = 12.5 x – 150

To find the time taken to cross the pole,

Put y = 0

0 = 12.5 x – 150

⇒ 12.5 x = 150

⇒ x =  `150/12.5`

= 12 sec
