⇒ ∠PRQ = ∠RPQ = 60°
Steps:
1. Draw PR = 4.5cm.
2. Construct ∠PRU = 60° and ∠RPV = 60
3. Ray RU and PV meet at Q.
Thus, PQR is the required triangle.
