Then `x = (-b +- sqrt(b^2 - 4ac))/(2a)`
= `(-(2) +- sqrt((2)^2-4(3)(-1)))/(2(3)`
= `(-2 +- 4)/6`
= `(-2 + 4)/6` and `(-2 - 4)/6`
= `1/3` and −1
