ii. To develop friendly relations among nations of the world based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of people.
iii. To achieve international cooperation in solving international economic, social, cultural or humanitarian problems and encouraging respect of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
iv. To be a centre for harmonising the actions of nations in the attainment of these common ends.
