प्रश्न
What is cardiovascular endurance?
उत्तर
Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of an individual to exercise for a prolonged period of time. It refers to the circulatory system's (heart and blood vessels) ability to give oxygen and nutrients to working muscles as well as those muscles' ability to withstand extended exertion.
Cardio-respiratory endurance is most evident:
- At rest
- During continuous exercises that involve the entire body, such as long-distance running, swimming and cycling, as well as recovery.
- It is the most important physical fitness component, as seen in everyday activities and most forms of sports. The majority of the advantages associated with better physical fitness are attributable to increased cardiorespiratory endurance.
