⇒ `(8x - 9x)/(12) ≥ - (5)/(4)`

⇒ `(-x)/(12) ≥ (-5)/(4)`

⇒ `x/(12) ≤ (5)/(4)`

⇒ `x ≤ (5)/(4) xx 12`

⇒ x ≤ 15
∵ x is positive even integer
