Sum

Solution

Number of possible outcomes when dice is thrown = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}

n(S) = 6

Event of getting a number less than or equal to 2 = E = {1, 2}

n(E) = 2

Probability of getting a number less than or equal to 2 = n(E)n(S)=26=13
