A square carrom board has a perimeter of 320 cm. How much is its area?

Solution

Given perimeter of carrom board is = 320 cm

We know, the perimeter of a square = 4 × Side

Side = perimeter/4

Side = 320/4

= 80 cm

We know that area of square = side x side

= 80 x 80

= 6400 square cm
