Solution
a – 3, a – 5, a – 7…….
t2 – t1 = a – 5 – (a – 3)
= a – 5 – a + 3
= – 2
t3 – t2 = a – 7 – (a – 5)
= a – 7 – a + 5
= – 2
t2 – t1 = t3 – t2 ......(common difference is same)
The sequence is in A.P.
