4. Incentives used It focusses on salary, economic rewards, job simplification and job specialisation for motivating people. It focuses on autonomous work groups, job challenges and creativity for motivating people.
5. Responsibility It is considered to be the responsibility of the human resource manager. It is the responsibility of all managers.
6. Morale productivity relationship It considers improved satisfaction and morale as the cause of improved performance. It considers improved performance as the cause of improved satisfaction.
