It is known that,

\[\left( a + b + c \right)^2  =  a^2  +  b^2  +  c^2  + 2ab + 2bc + 2ac\]

\[\   \left( 7m - 3n - 4k \right)^2 \] 

\[ =  \left( 7m \right)^2  + \left( - 3 n^2 \right) +  \left( - 4k \right)^2  + 2 \times 7m \times \left( - 3n \right) + 2 \times \left( - 3n \right) \times \left( - 4k \right) + 2 \times 7m \times \left( - 4k \right)\]

\[ = 49 m^2  + 9 n^2  + 16 k^2  - 42mn + 24nk - 56km\]
