Humour is the Spice of Life
Humour is an essential aspect of our life. Like the addition of spices makes food delicious, the addition of humour makes our life blissful. Life is not a bed of roses. There are many ups and downs in life. We cannot deny or runaway from our day-to-day responsibilities. But adding a spice of humour to our environment, can make us cheerful and feel less burderned by our responsibilities. We learn to handle our stress positively and peacefully. Humour not only plays an important role in developing mental strength needed to deal with everyday challenges but also helps in building healthy relationships. Laughter and humour relaxes our muscles and boosts immunity. It adds joy and zest to life and strengthens our resilience. Good humour attracts others to us and promotes bonding. It helps people change their attitude towards life by helping them derive happiness from the little things in life. Humour is something that is enjoyed by all, irrespective of their age and gender. It binds us together, generating a positive and happy environment.
