Explain feedback as a part of the process of communication.
Solution
The observation of the receiver's response is called feedback. It enables the sender to evaluate the effectiveness of the message. Without feedback, two-way communications are either ineffective or incomplete. Feedback is the only way to gain the receiver's response and depending o~ the feedback, a sender can take further steps.
