In ∆PSQ and ∆RQS.
SQ = QS ......(Common)
PS = RQ = 4 cm ......(Given)
∠PSQ = ∠RQS = 40° ......(Given)
∴ ∆PSQ ≅ ∆ROS ......(SAS criterion)
