- Right to Seek Redressal: Consumers have the right to seek methods for unfair trade practices or exploitation. This includes the right to a fair resolution of valid complaints.
- Right to Consumer Education: Consumers have the right to get the knowledge and skills required to make informed and confident decisions about goods and services. This involves an understanding of their rights and responsibilities, as well as how to seek redress.
