This principle states cooperation among managers and labourers over individualism. This principle was an elongation to the principle of 'Harmony, not discord'; competition should be replaced by co-operation. The manager should think about labourers and share company gains with them, awarding them with sufficient incentives to work. Also, labourers should contribute the best to the company. There should be an open communication system which will build up mutual trust and belongingness among them.
