−4x2 + {(2x2 − 3) − (4 − 3x2)}
We will first remove the innermost grouping symbol ( ) and then { }.

∴ −4x2 + {(2x2 − 3) − (4 − 3x2)}
= −4x2 + {2x2 − 3 − 4 + 3x2}
= −4x2 + {5x2 − 7}
= −4x2 + 5x2 − 7
= x2 − 7
