And the width of the interval 25 – 45 = 20
∴ Adjusted frequency = `"Frequency"/("Class width of" (25 - 45)) xx` Minimum class width
= `8/20 xx 5`
= `8/4`
= 2
Hence, the adjusted frequency for the class 25 – 45 is 2.
