What do you know about the composition of the International Court of Justice?
Solution
The International Court of Justice consists of 15 Judges elected by the General Assembly and the Security Council for a term of 9 years. No two Judges can be nationals of the same State. The President and Vice-President of the Court are elected for a term of three years. The Judges are eligible for re-election. Five Judges retire after every three years.
