- To provide the pest control service again
- Refunding the cost of pest control
- Removing any misleading advertisements and passing orders for issuing a correct advertisement
- Crediting an appropriate amount to the Consumer Welfare Fund
- To discontinue the exploitative practice and not to repeat the same in future
2) Values communicated by Organisation to society are
- Fulfilling social responsibility as Organisation visited an Old Age Home so that they can do some social work
- Providing hygienic and clean environment as the club decided to clean the premises.
