प्रश्न

The radius of a cone is 7 cm and area of curved surface is 176 `cm^2`. Find the slant height.

उत्तर

Given
Radius of a cone (r)=7cm.

Let 'l ' be the slant height of a cone

∴ Curved surface area = `pirl`

⇒ `176=pixx7xxl`

⇒` l= 176/(7pi)=(176xx7)/(7xx22)=8cm`
