उत्तर

Given:

Radius = 17.5 cm

Length of the arc = 44 cm

Now,

Length of the arc`=( 2pi"r"theta)/360`

`=> 44 = 2 xx 22/7xx17.5xxtheta/360`

`=> theta = (44xx7xx360)/(44xx17.5)`

⇒ θ = 144

Also,

Area of the sector `=(pi"r"^2theta)/360`

`=22/7xx17.5xx17.5xx144`

= 385 cm2
