Sum

Solution

Total number of possible outcomes = 100

Numbers which are divisible by 4 or 5 = 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 20, 24, 25, 28, 30, 32, 35, 36, 40, 44, 45, 48, 50, 52, 55, 56, 60, 64, 65, 68, 70, 72, 75, 76, 80, 84, 85, 88, 90, 92, 95, 96, 100

Number of favorable outcomes = 40

P(number divisible by 4 or 5) = `40/100 = 2/5`
