Following are the leadership styles :

1. Autocratic Leadership: An autocratic leader is one who likes to run the show himself. All decision making power is centralized in the leader. He holds out threats of punishment or uses his powers to distribute rewards on the assumption that people are lazy. It also provides strong motivation and satisfaction to the leader.
2. Democratic Leadership:  It is a participation-oriented leadership. Democratic leaders make the final decisions, but they include team members in the decision-making process. They encourage creativity, and people are often highly engaged in projects and decisions. As a result, team members tend to have high job satisfaction and high productivity’. This is not always an effective style to use, though, when you need to make a quick decision.
3. Free-Rein Leadership: Affeerein leader gives complete freedom to his followers to establish their own goals and policies. There is a maximum opportunity for the development of subordinates. There is also complete freedom to subordinates to improve their motivation and morale.
