Question
Construct an isosceles triangle in which: AB = AC, BC = 6 cm and ∠B = 75°
Solution
In ΔABC,
AB = AC ....(given)
⇒ ∠ACB = ∠ABC = 75°
Steps:
1. Draw BC = 6cm.
2. Construct angle ∠BCM = 75° and ∠CBN = 75°
3. Ray CM and ray BN meets at A.
Thus, ABC is required angle.
