For no solutions,
`a_1/a_2 = b_1/b_2 ≠ c_1/c_2`
`3/(2k-1) = 1/(k-1) ≠ 1/(2k+1)`
`3/(2k-1) = 1/(k-1)`
3k – 3 = 2k – 1
3k - 2k = -1 + 3
k = 2
