Solution
`a/b = 7/3`
Let the common multiple be k.
⇒ `a = 7k , b = 3k`
`therefore ( 7a + 9b )/( 7a - 9b)`
= `( 7 xx 7k + 9 xx 3k )/( 7 xx 7k - 9 xx 3k )`
= `( 49k + 27k )/( 49k - 27k)`
= `(76k)/(22k)`
= `38/11`
