In the above question, curved surface area of A is equal curved surface area of B.
Explanation:
For cylinder A, h = 10 cm and r = `10/pi` cm
∴ Curved surface area of A = `2pirh xx 2pi xx 10/pi xx 10` = 200 cm2
Again for cylinder B, r = `5/pi` cm and h = 20 cm
∴ Curved surface area of B = `2pirh = 2pi xx 5/pi xx 20` = 200 cm2
Hence, the curved surface area of both the cylinder are same.
