Question
0.02 moles of pure MnO2 is heated strongly with conc. HCl. Calculate the mass of salt formed.
Solution
1 mole MnCl2 weighs = 55 + 2 = 126 g
So, 0.02 mole MnCl2 will weigh = 126 × 0.02 g = 2.52 g
