⇒ `(3/5)^(-1/2) = (3/5)^(2-3x)`
⇒ `-(1)/(2)` = 2 - 3x
⇒ -1 = 4 - 6x
⇒ -5 = -6x
⇒ x = `(5)/(6)`.
