`(5)/(3x - 2) - (1)/(8) = 0, x ≠ 0, x ≠ (2)/(3)`
⇒ `(5)/(3x - 2) = (1)/(8)`
⇒ 40 = 3x - 2
⇒ 3x = 42
⇒ x = 14.
