Advantages of an informal organisation:
1) Free Flow of Communication: In an informal organisation, there is free interaction and communication, so information spreads faster. Any information in the formal organisation which needs to be spread quickly can be done so with the help of an informal organisational structure
2) Coordination: In an informal organisation, people develop a feeling of mutual trust and belongingness towards each other. This promotes better coordination among them.
