Agenda
Solution
Agenda refers to the various items of business to be transacted at the meeting. It is in the form of a statement specifying the order in which the various matters are to deal with. The secretary is in charge of the Agenda and he prepares the agenda in consultation with the chairman of the board of directors. The preparation of the agenda in advance of the meeting helps in the systematic conduct of the meeting. Agenda may be drafted on a loose sheet of paper or there may be a special ‘Agenda Book’.
