`0 = (3k - 4)/(k + 1)`
3k = 4
`k = 4/3` ...(1)
`y = (0 + 7)/(k + 1)`
`y = 7/(4/3 + 1)` ...(From 1)
y = 3
Hence, the required is 4 : 3 and the required point is S(0, 3)
