We know, `A= θ/360xx "Area of the circle"` ..........(1)
Let the area of the circle be Ar.
Thus area of the sector =` 1/12 Ar` ..........(2)
From (i) and (ii) we have
`1/12 Ar = θ/360xx Ar`
`⇒ 360/12=θ`
`⇒ θ=30°`
