Explain this method of training.

On-the-job training method enables workers to be trained under the same working conditions with the same process and equipment’s used to perform the job. The trainee learns under the guidance and supervision of the superior or an instructor. Several methods are used to provide on-the-job training, e.g, coaching, job-rotation, committee assignments etc.
