उत्तर

Steps of Construction:

1. Draw a circle with centre C and radius 3.2 cm. Draw its radius CA, where A is a point on the circle.
2. With C as centre and 7.2 cm as radius, cut an arc on the CA extended at point B.
3. Draw the perpendicular bisector of CB. The point where the perpendicular bisector meets the circle with centre C, mark the point as O.
4. With O as centre and OB as radius, draw a circle which intersects the previous drawn circle at points P and Q.
5. Join PB and BQ.
Here, PB and BQ are the required tangents
