Given data = 2, 4, 5, 8, 10, 13 and 14
Clearly, middle term is 8
∴ Median = 8
∴ Mean = `"sum of observations"/"Number of observations"`
`= (2 + 4 + 5 +8 + 10 + 13 + 14)/7 = 56/7 = 8`
