Answer in Brief

Solution

  1. Human relations: Public relations is the art of getting along with the general public, or people, on the inside as well as the outside. Every employee in a company needs to get along with other people. It is required of him to be sensitive to individuals and interested in their development.
  2. Empathy: The capacity to experience another person's feelings and emotions as though they were your own is known as empathy. Stated differently, it is the ability to comprehend the emotions of others. It makes it possible for a CEO to be understanding and perceptive to the attitudes, expectations, and issues of his employees and clients.
  3. Persuasion: There are two methods to get someone to change their mind coercion and persuasion. The goal of persuasion is to alter an individual's (or a group's) attitude or behaviour toward a certain idea, item, event, or another person (s) by utilizing written or spoken words to communicate facts, emotions, logic, or a mix of these. Persuasion is, therefore, beneficial and produces a favourable consequence.
  4. Dialogue: A purposeful conversation between two individuals is called a dialogue. A rational exchange of ideas that results in the creation of new knowledge is called dialogue. Dialogue is used to persuade people, market products, or generate creative ideas. It fosters mutual confidence and lessens prejudice. Objective comprehension and listening are necessary for productive discourse. Mutual respect for one another's viewpoints is expected. Asking questions and paying attention to the responses is a smart method to start a conversation.
