Follow these steps to create your email account.
Step 1: From your Internet browser, navigate to the sign-up page for your email provider.
Once again, you can use a trusted provider such as Gmail (from Google), Yahoo! Mail or Outlook (from Microsoft).
Step 2: Enter your details to open an email account. These often include

A password like "b4$c863+z" is much more difficult. |
| Phone number | This can be used as an additional security measure if you are unable to access your email account in the future. |
Step 3: Follow the rest of the steps as required.
Some sign-up forms will also request your birthday and location. You may be asked to create a security question, which can be useful in recovering a forgotten password.
Step 4: Accept the "Terms of Service."
You will also be required to read and accept their service terms. This is typically one of the last steps.
Follow these steps to send mail through email account.
Step 1: Sign into your email account
Step 2: Click on compose. It's in the upper-left side of your screen. Doing so opens a "New Message" window in the lower-right corner of the page.
Step 4: On this page, you will enter your message and who will receive it. First, enter the email address of the recipient. This email address is obtained from the recipient.
Step 5: Add a subject.
Step 6: Write your message.
Step 7: If you want to send any file in word document or PDF, JPG or any image then click on the attachment symbol and select that particular file from your local computer or file manager in your mobile phone.
